What shipping carrier do you use for orders?
Almost all of our orders ship with USPS, depending on the mailing address some packages will use the carrier UPS.
What is the return policy?
There is a 10 day return policy starting when the package was delivered, for ready to ship pieces. All custom items are non refundable.
How do I know my ring size?
I recommend going to your local jeweler and getting your ring sized for the perfect fit. If that is not an option, I also recommend purchasing a ring sizer from Amazon (should not be more than $5).
