What shipping carriers do you us?

Almost all orders ship with USPS, depending on the mailing address some packages will use the carrier UPS.

When do orders get shipped out?

Orders are shipped twice a week. In the beginning of the week and the end of the week.

What is the return policy?

There is a 10 day return policy starting when the package was delivered, for ready to ship pieces. All custom items are non refundable. SSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item was damaged during the mailing process please reach out to me through the Contact page or at sagebrushsilverco@gmail.com

What kind of metal is the jewelry made out of?

All products made by Sagebrush Silver Co. are made with sterling silver, fine silver, 12k, 14k, 18k gold, and copper. All item details will be in the description for each product.

Are the stones used authentic?

At SSC we only use authentic stones. That being said, no stones are exactly the alike making them more unique and irreplaceable.

How do I know my ring size?

I recommend going to your local jeweler and getting your ring sized for the perfect fit. If that is not an option, I recommend purchasing a ring sizer from Amazon (should not be more than $5).
